ACCURATE COST ESTIMATES
We are committed to providing accurate cost estimates and cost-effective solutions for all our customers’ printing projects. With our efficient processing of cost variables, all clients receive a firm quote within twenty-four hours of their initial request. Should our estimate exceed a client’s budget, we will work with them to find an affordable alternative.

PRODUCTION AND PREPRESS
Designed to save time and money and ensure the highest quality reproduction, our production process begins with a “pre-flight” review to determine whether all electronic files—art, documents, and fonts—are present and in the proper format. Digital information, in either Mac or PC format, can be sent to us via e-mail or through our FTP site at www.castlereaghpress.com. This pre-flight check, completed within hours of receiving the files, saves time and prevents errors later in the process.

Next, our specialized technicians prepare the electronic equipment for the actual production process—high-resolution scanning of art or photographs, system retouching, outputting proofs, or generating plates directly from digital files—whatever is necessary to faithfully reproduce and enhance the artwork. Our ability to create fully imposed plates directly from computer files, using our PREPS software and CTP platform, eliminates the cost of negatives and stripping and reduces the cost to you.

SPECIALIZED PRINTING AND FINISHING SERVICES
Castlereagh offers a variety of specialized printing and finishing services to fulfill any design goal. Our superior technology and resources are apparent in our pressroom, where Heidelberg and Komori presses accommodate virtually any type of printing request, from five- and six-color printing to in-line capabilities that combine two different printing methods in one print run. We can simultaneously produce four-color and black-and-white pages, add an Aqueous base coat to speed up two-sided print runs, or incorporate in-line gloss/matte coatings. Our state-of-the-art, carefully maintained presses are precision built to assure optimum quality during high-speed printing.

Castlereagh’s capable account managers and talented creative design department will gladly assist clients with any special requests to make their print jobs more attractive, innovative, and memorable (as well as more convenient), including any of the following services:
